Short Stumped House Mounted Underneath

This is a similar Installation to a Short Stumped house but with the outdoor unit mounted under the floor.

We have added this installation scenario because it is a common install in certain parts of South East Queensland.

Some customers prefer the outdoor unit tucked away under the house.

It is more aesthetically pleasing but also labour intensive and uses more piping then a standard Back to Back and Short Stumped house installation, so it is priced accordingly.

What you get

• Outdoor unit positioned on concrete, poly slab or feet
• Up to 4 meters of piping and interconnecting cable
• Up to 10 meters of electrical supply
• Up 3 meters of external duct cover
• Weatherproof electrical isolator

Installation Pricing

• Bedroom or small room – AC unit size below 5kw $740
• Living room or larger room – AC unit size 5kw and over $840

Extras if Necessary

• Wall bracket – $88 installed
• Extra piping – $35 per meter
• Extra piping in Ducting – $50 per meter
